Boulder View Site Condominium

This project was an 18 acres site that was divided into a 5 unit site condominium, lots ranging in size from 2.5 acres to 4.5 acres, with an 850′ private road. Due to topographic slopes, the storm drainage for the road required creative design with the use of check dams.
